These Terms of Use govern your access to and participation in the AI Finance Leadership Summit 2026 (“Event”), including use of the event website, ticket purchase, and attendance at the physical or livestreamed sessions.

By accessing this website or purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Event Access

Entry to the Event is permitted only upon purchase of a valid ticket.
Tickets grant access to the Event at the CD Deshmukh Auditorium, IIC, New Delhi, and/or the YouTube livestream, as applicable.
The organisers reserve the right to verify identity at the venue.

2. Use of Content

All content presented during the Event (including talks, slides, videos, and materials) is for informational and educational purposes only.
Recording, reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of Event content without prior written consent is prohibited.

3. Behaviour and Conduct

Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner.
The organisers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, or violates these Terms.

4. Changes and Cancellations

The Event schedule, speakers, format, or delivery mode may be modified if necessary.
The organisers are not liable for changes beyond their reasonable control.

5. Limitation of Liability

Participation in the Event is voluntary. The organisers shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from attendance or reliance on Event content.
